Skip-A-Pay

We have waived the standard fee for Skip-Pays* during the COVID-19 Pandemic. If your loan is already eligible for a Skip-Pay you may be able to request one directly through Online Banking.  (see instructions below)

Even if you don't have the Skip-Pay button available your loan may still be eligible for a Skip-Pay.  Please call us at 231-627-3145 to discuss your options.

*Interest will continue to accrue on the unpaid balance during the month you skip your loan payment.  When payment resumes, interest will be calculated first.

From Online Banking if a Skip-Pay is available you will see a Green and White button labeled "SP". Clicking that button will start the Skip-Pay process.

From the Mobile App a blue and white button labeled "SP" will appear next to the loan on the loan summary screen. Tapping the button will start the Skip Pay process.
